Please allow 3-5 working days ( not including weekends and UK bank holidays) after payment confirmation for your order to be shipped.

Although we will always try our best to stay within the dispatch time frame listed, please be aware they may be subject to change during busy retail periods like Christmas and Special Promotional Retail events.

Delivery time frames commences from date of dispatch, not date of purchase.

The majority of our orders are shipped from London, United Kingdom (HQ), or from our Bangkok, Thailand showroom (different shipping rates apply).

We are unable to change a shipping address once order has been placed.

If an order is undeliverable at the destination due to refusal to pay import tax, incorrect address, multiple failed delivery attempts, or non-collection within the given time frame from your local delivery depot or otherwise, the order will be returned to us.

In the event of a redirection/redelivery due to the situation as mentioned earlier, any additional shipping fees will be charged to the receiver. We do our best to get your order out ASAP, but delays happen. Please be patient, use the tracking number and contact the carrier if there is an issue.

ARCHIVES BY THIDVRVT is not responsible nor in control of shipment/transit delays once the item is in the hands of the courier. Customs clearance or international orders and unexpected weather conditions are the most common reasons for delays and can affect the transit time outlined above.
